All sessions will be conducted onsite in Oslo, Norway at the Grand Hotel. This is a hybrid event and selected sessions will be live streamed through the Cvent Virtual Attendee Hub. Only sessions in the Rococco Room will be live streamed. These sessions will also be available on demand in the hub if your time zone is not compatible.

Discounted fees are available to active SIGNATORIES to the Groningen Declaration. Active signatories are those who have paid their 2025 annual fee. Not sure if your organisation is a signatory? Click here to check.

Apply to become a signatory to benefit from discounted registration fees, access to the GDN Video Library and more throughout the year. Becoming a signatory means a commitment to promote the aims of the Groningen Declaration Network and paying an annual participation fee.

Group Bookings: Get 10% off all registrants on groups of 3 or more. To register a group, select the “Add Group Member” button when you get to the Registration Summary page on the Registration Form. Add as many group members from your organization as you would like. The discount will apply automatically at payment.

In-Person Registration fees include: Day meals on all three days (morning tea, afternoon tea and lunches), Welcome Reception, Conference Annual Dinner, and cultural experiences.

Virtual Registration fees include: Access to the Virtual Attendee Hub to view live streamed plenary sessions, selected breakout sessions (Roccoco Room sessions only), Q&A participation, on demand access for up to 30 days after the annual meeting, virtual chat and networking with all delegates (onsite and virtual), engagement with sponsors. As a virtual attendee you will be granted access to the Virtual Attendee Hub about a week before the event.

Accompanying Guests
Registered attendees are welcome to bring guests to the social functions at a cost.
