This is a hybrid event. All sessions will be conducted onsite in Cape Town, South Africa at CTICC2. Select sessions will be live streamed through the CVENT Virtual Attendee Hub.
Discounted fees are available to active Signatories and Patrons of the Groningen Declaration Network, and session speakers. Active signatories are those who have paid their 2026 annual fee. Not sure if your organisation is a signatory? Click here to check.

Your Full Conference In-Person Registration Includes
- Full access to the three-day conference from October 20-22.
- Complimentary access to the pre-conference half-day workshop on Decolonizing Recognition on October 19 (separate registration required; limited spots available).

- Three conference lunches.
- Admission to the Welcome Reception on October 20, including drinks and canapés.
- Access to the Gala Dinner and Cultural Experience at Moya and the Botanical Gardens, with drinks included.
- Round-trip transportation to and from Moya provided by the conference’s designated transportation partner.
Group Bookings: Get 10% off all registrants on groups of 3 or more. To register a group, select the “Group discount: 10% off for groups of 3 or more” button when you get to the Registration Summary page on the Registration Form. Add as many group members from your organization as you would like. The discount will apply automatically at payment. Group discounts are only applicable to the Corporate Representative, Not-for-Profit Representative, Signatory, Patron and Session Speaker pricing rates.
Virtual Registration fees include: Access to the Virtual Attendee Hub to view live streamed plenary sessions, select breakout sessions, Q&A participation, on demand access for up to 30 days after the annual meeting, virtual chat and networking with all delegates (onsite and virtual), and engagement with sponsors. As a virtual attendee you will be granted access to the Virtual Attendee Hub about a week before the event.
Conference App: All attendees will be granted access to the Virtual Attendee Hub about a week before the event.
Accompanying Guests: Registered attendees are welcome to bring guests to the social functions at a cost.
