This is a hybrid event. All sessions will be conducted onsite in Amman, Jordan at the Grand Hyatt Hotel. Selected sessions will be live streamed through the Cvent Virtual Attendee Hub. Sessions will also be available on demand in the hub if your time zone is not compatible.

Discounted fees are available to active SIGNATORIES to the Groningen Declaration. Active signatories are those who have paid their 2023 annual fee. Not sure if your organisation is a signatory? Click here to check.

Apply to become a signatory to benefit from discounted registration fees, access to the GDN Video Library and more throughout the year. Becoming a signatory means a commitment to promote the aims of the Groningen Declaration Network and paying an annual participation fee.

Passport Requirements Jordanian protocols require event organisers to provide a passport identification of international delegates to the Governor of Amman. We have included the facility to upload a scan or photo of your passport ID page in the registration form. We recommend you have this ready before you start your registration. Prices are tax exempt as the Groningen Declaration Network is a registered Foundation in The Netherlands

Group Bookings: are allowed with a 10% discount applied for the third and subsequent registrants.

In-Person Registration fees include: day meals on all three days (morning tea, afternoon tea and lunches; Welcome Reception 16 Oct, Conference dinner 17 Oct; Cultural experience tour to Jerash 18 Oct, coach transfers to JUST, Jerash and return to Amman.

Virtual Registration fees include: Access to the Virtual Attendee Hub to view live streamed plenary sessions; selected breakout sessions, Q&A participation, on demand access for up to 30 days after the annual meeting; virtual chat and networking with all delegates, onsite and virtual, engagement with sponsors. As a virtual attendee you will be granted access to the Virtual Attendee Hub about a week before the event.
