VENUE
The Grand Hotel
The main conference location is the ‘Oslo Grand Hotel’, nestled in the heart of Oslo, the Grand Hotel offers a perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury.
Situated across from the Parliament and midway between the central rail station and the Royal Palace, the Grand Hotel is an institution in Oslo dating back to the 1870s. From being a meeting place for intellectuals and aspiring artists like Edvard Munch and Henrik Ibsen, to hosting each year’s winner(s) of the Nobel Peace Prize, the Grand Hotel combines history and elegance with modern comforts and amenities.

Munch Museum
A landmark in downtown Oslo, the highly distinctive new Munch Museum host the world’s largest collection of art by Edvard Munch and is located by the waterfront in Bjørvika. It is more than just an art museum and hosts concerts, performances, film screenings, and art talks, making it a vibrant cultural hub. The café and restaurant on the top floor have beautiful views over the city. The Welcome Reception is the first time attendees come together, new friends are made, and people reconnect with international colleagues.

Gamle Logen
Location to the Annual Gala Dinner, Gamle Logen is a historic, one-of-a-kind venue in the heart of Oslo. It was originally built in 1836 as a Masonic lodge for the Norwegian Order of Freemasons – after an initiative from Count Herman Wedel-Jarlsberg. Today, Gamle Logen is the prefect destination to hosts artistic performances, concerts, conferences, banquets and private parties.

Getting to the venue
Oslo’s main airport is Oslo Airport Gardermoen. For the quickest and most economical way to reach Oslo city center, we highly recommend taking the train. You can choose between the Airport Express train and the regular Vy train. The nearest station to the Grand Hotel is Nationaltheateret station.
Taking a taxi is more expensive and takes significantly longer than the train, approximately 45 minutes.
You can find information on how to get from the airport here.
