Help shape the future of the Groningen Declaration Network
Dear colleagues,
Invitations are open to current GDN Signatories (or individuals from Signatory organisations) to nominate for the four GDN Board of Director positions available commencing in November 2021.
The four positions are for a term of three years duration, and officially commence at the conclusion of the Annual Meeting (10 -12 November 2021) and run until the end of the 2024 Annual Meeting.
Appointments are made by the Board (on receipt of nominations). Nominees must hold financial status by the close of the nomination period – 7 June, 2021. Board members must be qualified individuals according to the Statutes and are appointed as individuals – not representatives of organisations – so Board Membership is non-transferable, substitutes are not permissible and members are expected to act in accordance with the GDN Code of Conduct. Under the Foundation status of the GDN, Directors hold no personal liability.
If you are interested in nominating or being nominated to the Board of Directors, please supply a 100 word statement outlining the contribution you propose to make to the work of the Board and the broader GDN community. Click below to nominate or view more information on the nomination process here.
